Five Simple Steps to Enroll
Step 1
Create Parent Account
The K12 Enrollment Portal provides access to your online application to CODCA, along with real-time alerts and quick links to important info.
Step 2
Submit an Application
Once you’ve begun an application in the K12 Enrollment Portal, click the option to add a new student or continue with your application. Simply fill in the fields with your child’s information, select CODCA, and hit Submit.
Step 3
Upload Additional Documents
In this step, you’ll provide more detailed information about your child and upload additional documents, such as proof of residency and a birth certificate. For a list of specific documents that will be required, contact our enrollment consultants at 800.705.1528.
Step 4
Attend Enrollment Webinar
All families participate in a pre-recorded webinar with an enrollment consultant. Additional documents may be required to complete your enrollment, depending on your student’s situation, and will be provided within your Enrollment Portal.
Step 5
Welcome to K12!
After successfully completing the enrollment process, your student will be approved. Please check your email for important information regarding your student’s status and how to access the Online School platform.

Eligibility Requirements
Documents You’ll Need
Proof of Residency
While attending Destinations Career Academy of Colorado (Destinations), you must maintain full-time, Colorado residency. You’ll need to provide a driver’s license, utility bill, lease, or other approved document showing your name and address.
Birth Certificate
We’ll need a copy of your child’s birth certificate to establish your student’s age, identity, and legal guardians.
School Records
We’ll need a copy of your student’s transcripts or most recent report card from their previous school or homeschool program.

Enrollment for the 2022-2023 school year is now open!
While attending CODCA you must maintain full-time, Colorado residency. Recurring travel outside of Colorado is generally permissible if in line with school policy and if pre-approved by school administration. Materials and equipment will only be shipped to the address you have provided on Indiana residency documents.
