Last Call for Young Colorado Culinary Creators To Enter K12 National Cook-off Competition

The K12 National Cook-Off Competition is back, inviting students in grades 6-12 from K12-powered schools to showcase their culinary talents for a chance to win a $1,000 grand prize. Participants, including students from Destinations Career Academy of Colorado, Pikes Peak Online School, and Colorado Preparatory Academy, will submit recipes, photos, and descriptions for a virtual round. The top five finalists will compete in a live cook-off in Arlington, Virginia, in June 2025. Judged by top culinary professionals, the competition provides students with hands-on experience and an opportunity to refine their skills in a professional kitchen setting.
